Happy chibi Wizard

The Weather Wizard being all happy with his weather wand. He even summoned rain and created a rainbow on a warm day.

I was doodling this during Finnish classes, cuz I was bored. xD I never get smart in that subject.
And yes, I used the classic style of him because I said so! He's more sweet like that than in the recent version. (I mean, electricial sparkling eyes and power or levitation wtf? Darn you, Abrakadabra! xD)

I thought it was Weather Wizard's turn to be chibified (with kinda same pose as I did with chibi Eddie). First it was only a simple sketch of him, but the more I got bored during those two hours of Finnish talking and reading, the more I progressed on it - even with some improved shading.
